It is not a physical card or a Visa digital card, instead it's an on-chain card. Smoke is the Visa on-chain. It will allow for seamless movement of funds just like how Visa revolutionized payments around the world.
You can get credit either by building up your credit score or by depositing some collateral. In the initial versions, we plan to only support collateralised lending across chains.
